Does one subscription cover both iOS and web?
Yes. TopLog is one product with one account. Subscribe in the iOS app or on the web and the same membership unlocks unlimited entries, imports, and exports everywhere you sign in.
What happens when I reach 120 free entries?
Everything you've already imported stays in your logbook, and you can keep viewing and editing it. Upgrading to Standard or Unlimited unlocks more AI scanning, unlimited manual entries, digital logbook import, and PDF and CSV export.
What counts as a scanned entry on the Standard plan?
Each logbook line digitized from a photo counts as one scanned entry, up to 300 per plan year. Manual entries are always unlimited on paid plans. If you hit the cap, you can upgrade to Unlimited at any time and the unused portion of your Standard year is credited automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel anytime from the App Store or from your web checkout account, depending on where you subscribed.
