Does one subscription cover both iOS and web?
Yes. TopLog is one product with one account. Subscribe in the iOS app or on the web and your plan follows you everywhere you sign in. Standard includes up to 300 scanned entries per plan year; Unlimited removes that scanning cap. Both paid plans include spreadsheet import and export.
What happens when I reach 25 free scanned entries?
Everything you've already saved stays in your logbook, and you can keep viewing and editing it. You will need Standard or Unlimited to save more scanned entries or use spreadsheet import and PDF, CSV, or ForeFlight-template export.
What counts as a scanned entry on the Standard plan?
Each logbook line digitized from a photo counts as one scanned entry, up to 300 per plan year. Manual entries are always unlimited on paid plans. If you upgrade to Unlimited, your billing platform calculates any prorated credit and shows it as part of the upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel anytime from the App Store or from your web checkout account, depending on where you subscribed.
